The Pullman 10L commercial vacuum is a lightweight, high-capacity canister vacuum designed for busy cleaners who need to multitask cleaning jobs in addition to vacuuming e.g., hotels, motels, retail shops, and hospitals, where robing and disrobing a backpack vacuum cleaner would be impractical.

For lodgings, guest privacy is an important consideration, and cleaning efficiently and quietly are important factors. The Pullman vacuum cleaner is powered by an efficient 1200W low-noise vacuum motor.

The primary vacuum cleaner filter is a large 10L double-lined, deep-gusseted disposable paper bag that enhances its filtration capacity. The paper bag is provided with a cardboard locator that slips into a retaining slot at the inlet and seals onto a baffled hose fitting that disperses vacuumed materials uniformly, this not only allows the paper bag filter to fill but also provides easy and convenient dirt disposal with minimal dust exposure to the user. With this arrangement, the added expense of using a cloth filter bag and labour for its maintenance is eliminated. Final filtration is provided with the use of an H12 HEPA filter that captures fine particles such as pollen and sub-micron bacteria, fungus, and viruses, leaving you with a healthier and cleaner environment.

The squat profile provides stability when pulled along, eliminating any chance of the vacuum cleaner toppling over. The fixed rear axle and large wheels allow the vacuum to roll easily and track in a straight line when pulled by the hose, it’s an essential feature when vacuuming a narrow hallway, because it prevents the vacuum cleaner from bumping into walls. On the other hand, the front swivel castors enable you to make sharp turns and manoeuvre freely in confined areas such as small motel rooms.

The strong 1.8m long 35mm vacuum hose allows the vacuum cleaner to be pulled point to point without fear of hose damage and is sufficiently long to prevent the vacuum from clipping your heels when pulled. The tank fitting connection is a ¼ turn clockwise lock, that firmly secures the hose to the tank. The curved handpiece eliminates blockages from internal sharp corners, and the variable suction control allows the operator to regulate nozzle suction when vacuuming light materials such as lightweight mats, and curtain drapes.

For safety, the vacuum cleaner is fitted with a bleed valve that opens a ventilation circuit allowing outside air to cool the motor to prevent it from overheating from blockages.

The Pullman canister vacuum cleaner is supplied with an 8m cord and is suited for use in a small motel room, requiring just a single plug-in. The shorter cord prevents entanglement with the operators’ feet when in use. The large push button ON / OFF switch is light and easy to operate and is conveniently located at the lid of the vacuum. Two onboard tool holders are located at the rear of the chassis for conveniently carrying the dusting brush and crevice tool for detail vacuuming.

For emptying and changing the paper bag simply unclip the latches from the vacuum cleaner’s posts, remove the hose from the inlet, slide the paper bag out of its slot, and replace it with a new paper bag. At the same time, the HEPA filter can be replaced from the vacuum cleaner’s head with a ¼ anticlockwise turn. The HEPA filter can be maintained by rinsing with warm water for a maximum of 2 – 3 cleaning cycles before replacement.

The low-profile gulper floor tool is ideal for cleaning both carpet and hard floors and allows vacuuming under low profiles such as toe kicks, chair legs, and desks.

For storage wrap the cord around the central cord storage recess on the vacuum head and clip it together with the integral cord clip.

The vacuum cleaner is supplied with lightweight 2-piece 35mm vacuuming rods, a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and a spare paper bag filter.
